Registration (Spring 2012)

Welcome to the Hoover Soccer Club's Spring 2012 online registration.

Before you Begin

  1. If you have never registered with Hoover Soccer Club, you must create a new user name and password to acces the Registration Site.
  2. If you have played with us previously, you may access your records from past seasons using your log-in and password*.
    *If you have forgotten your user name and/or password, or do not have one, you can request a new one, using the "Forgot Password" link.
  3. You will be able to access your information at any time.
  4. You must review and select the proper age group for your child by his/her birth date.

Volunteering
 
Hoover Soccer Club is a volunteer based organization!!!  Your help is needed to assist in the operations of the Club.  Each family is asked to volunteer in whatever capacity such as being a Head Coach or an Assistant Coach or Team Manager or volunteer during one of tournament host by Hoover Soccer Club over the course of the year.

To determine the appropriate program for your child please refer to the age group chart below:

  • Tykes Program
    Players born between 8/1/07 and 7/31/08
  • Intramural Program
    Under 5 & 6 divisions  -  Players born between 8/1/05 and 7/31/07
    Under 7 & 8 divisions  -  Players born between 8/1/03 and 7/31/05
  • Junior Academy Program
    Players born between 8/1/02 and 7/31/03
  • Academy Program
    Players born between 8/1/01 and 7/31/02
  • Recreational Program
    Under 11 & 12 Division  -  Players born between 8/1/99 and 7/31/01
    Under 13 & 14 Division  -  Players born between 8/1/97 and 7/31/99
    Under 15 & 16 Division  -  Players born between 8/1/95 and 7/31/97
    Under 17 & 18 Division  -  Players born between 8/1/93 and 7/31/95

Multi Child Reimbursement Policy  
 
To be eligible for the Multi Child Reimbursement Policy, you must have THREE or more children playing with the Hoover Soccer Club program in the given season:

  • 1st child pays regular Registration Fee of the highest dollar amount.
  • 2nd child – will be reimbursed 15% of the season’s Registration Fee.
  • 3rd child – will be reimbursed 20% of the season’s Registration Fee.
  • 4th or higher children – will be reimbursed 35% of the season’s Registration Fee.

(If child(ren) are playing competitive it is based on a two season registration unless high school age).

To ensure your Multi Child Reimbursement is endorsed, you must contact the Hoover Soccer Club at hscadmin@hooversoccerclub.com or (205) 978-8663 and provide us with a parent’s/guardian’s name, address and phone number.  We will, also, need to know each child’s name that you are registering, date of birth on each child and age group of each child.  When paying online with credit card, registration fees must be paid in the full amount.  Reimbursement checks for each family that qualifies will be issued by the Hoover Soccer Club no later than 45 days after the first played game in that season.
